The ASME Onshore Petroleum Technology Conference (OPTC) helps professionals in the onshore oil and gas value chain who want to obtain access to cutting edge technical knowledge and insights from fellow professionals on a broad range of technologies. The conference intends to facilitate the learning and discussion of important issues in order to improve the safety, reliability, environmental and performance of stakeholders. OPTC is unlike other conferences in that it brings to together a variety of stakeholders relevant to the onshore petroleum segment instead of specializing on a single niche subject.
Attendees at the conference will hear from expert speakers regarding engineering, operations, regulatory, safety, reliability and other important issues. OPTC will serve as a platform to exchange best practice, raise questions and inspire solutions to industry challenges. Experts will attend from across the onshore petroleum value chain including surface facilities, processing, liquefaction, fractionation, refining, transportation and logistics.
The target audience is Operators, Service Companies, Software Companies, Engineering Companies and Suppliers. Academia will play a significant role as well. OPTC will seek participation from Governing and Regulatory bodies where relevant.
Conference events will include presentations ranging from keynote speakers, technical papers, panel discussions, training seminars and networking opportunities.
