Registration and Paper Submission

  • Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
  • At least one author from each paper must register.
    • Papers MUST be presented only by an Author on that paper. No exceptions.
    • Papers presented by a Non-Author (of that paper) will NOT be published in the conference proceedings.
  • Rates are based on ASME membership… irrespective of author status.
    • Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a One-Year ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.

Avoid Delays!

  • Confirm your existing ASME membership status now, or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration.
    • Contact customercare@asme.org for more information.
    • Allow approximately 1 week to process/renew memberships.
  • Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Daily Refreshments, Opening Reception, Conference Banquet and the Online access to all technical presentations.

Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than July 17, 2019. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after July 18, 2019.

Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
