Registration Overview

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is July 31, 2023. At least one author must register and pay by July 31 to be able to submit the final paper. Please visit the Policies Page on the conference website to view all the Program/Publication Requirements.

For NSF poster presentations, where all authors are students, the presenting author can register at the appropriate student rate by the Advance Registration deadline.

Registrants of the conference will receive full access to the official conference proceedings. Conference registration fees are listed below. New attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered complimentary 4 Month Trial ASME Membership following the conference.

AVOID DELAYS! Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships).

Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.

Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee. Students who are Attendees will be asked to show the ID onsite.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at the Full Conference Author rate (not at the student rate) to present and be published.

• Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
• Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a 4-month trial ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be granted after September 29, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
