**Exhibitors will have lunch Monday – Wednesday at 11:30am in the exhibit hall.

As a benefit for startups with less than 5 years in business,  IMECE is offering the opportunity to exhibit for $1,500 in a 10'x5' tabletop space.

$6,500 Water Stations – Company name and logo will be displayed on water stations placed throughout the venue.

$4,000 Conference Pens and Notepads – Company logo will be printed on the pens and notepads given to all attendees.

$2,000 Sanitizer Stations – Company name and logo will displayed on sanitizer stations.

$8,000 Charge and Recharge Stations – Company name and logo will be displayed at the stations where attendees can charge their devices.

$3,000 Poster Session Sponsorship – Company name and logo will be displayed at the poster session in the exhibit hall on Tuesday afternoon.  SPonsors recognized during poster competition awards ceremonies.

$7,500 Program Flip Book – Company name and logo listed within the digital flipbook of the show program.

$1,000 Exhibitor Lounge – Company name and logo displayed outside the exhibitor lounge

$500 Exhibit Theatre – Company name and logo displayed outside the exhibitor theatre

$3,000 Keynote – Company name and logo will be prominently displayed inside and outside the keynote session room, and the company name will be announced as a sponsor during the Monday morning breakfast and keynote session.

$2,750 Conference Breakfast – Company name and logo will be prominently displayed inside and outside the breakfast/ lunch room, and company name will be announced as the sponsor.

$2,500 Opening Reception – Company name and logo will be displayed prominently inside and outside reception hall, and the company name will be announced as a sponsor at the Sunday night reception.

$10,000 Headshot Booth: Have staff or literature in a highly visited space. Everyone likes a complimentary headshot for social media and business. Have your materials to read and/or a staff team member there to visit with attendees while waiting in line.

$3,000 Attendee Bag Insert: Include company literature, promotional items or giveaways in the attendee registration packets. We will place up to two items in the tote bags for attendees as they register. Include invitations to visit your booth or announcements of product demonstrations or other promotional items. This is a great way to ensure you reach everyone in attendance at IMECE!

$6,000 Conference Lanyards - Gain maximum visibility with colorful badge lanyards displaying your company name and/or logo. Your neck cords are available during registration. Company to supply the lanyards. SOLD

$12,000/$6,000 Attendee Bags - First impressions are lasting ones! Sponsors will have their company logo included on an attractive tote bag that is provided to attendees upon registration.  One exclusive sponsor for $12K or up to two sponsors for $6K.

$3,000 Name Badge Insert - Have your company logo on the bottom of the attendee name badge. Excellent visibility opportunity on everyone's conference badge. SOLD

$4,000 NEW: Student Float Competition - Competition Information Sponsor will receive their logo on materials for the event as the sponsor, provide 2 judges for the float competition, can have a banner displayed during the competition and on the stage during the award ceremony, opportunity to speak during the Monday student reception in the Hall, discounted booth in the exhibition hall, table for sponsor materials in competition area, opportunity to present the awards, logo on competition t-shirt recognizing as a sponsor, opportunity to serve as a poster judge during the Undergraduate poster session on Sunday.
