How to Record Audio on Powerpoint

Tips for Power Point Recording

Power Point Template

Attention IPC 2020 Authors:

Out of an abundance of caution and concern for IPC attendees and volunteer organizers, as well as physical distancing, gathering and travel restrictions, it has been determined that the best way forward for IPC 2020 will be in a virtual only format.

As stated in earlier communications, all papers will be published regardless of the conference format.  A conference registration will be required.

All presenting authors should record a video of their presentation (voice over slide show) to be included in the IPC online conference.  The online conference will take place on the same dates, Monday, September 28 (tutorials) and Tuesday, September 29 – Wednesday, September 30 with an abbreviated technical program.  At this time, we expect approximately 60 papers to be presented during the technical program (selection criteria is being finalized) with the balance of presentations being accessible for viewing on a self-serve basis during the conference and for a period of 30 days following.

All recorded presentations received will be added to the conference proceedings and the Technical Committee is seeking options for those authors to interact with attendees about their work.  If authors elect to not produce a video of their presentation, the paper will still be published as long as they have registered for the conference.

Videos should be power point with audio recording in MP4 format.  The deadline for submission will be August 28th

Upload instructions to be provided very soon.

Thank you for your patience with this process!

Best regards,
IPC Technical Committee
