Registration Rate Definitions and Inclusions
Full Conference Registration Fee includes
Two days of technical tracks and admission to all plenary events on Tuesday and Wednesday. Including Conference opening and keynote, lunch speakers, Conference closing and awards as well as the Fireside Chat and Young Professionals Panel on Tuesday and the Executive Leadership Panel on Wednesday. Access to the Conference Papers is also included.
Student Registration Fee includes

Tutorials – Are not included with any conference registration. Must pay whether registered for the conference or not. Five full day tutorials will be available. Cost for any one tutorial is $225.
YPI Meeting – No Cost, details to come.
Cancellation Requests/Registration Changes
No cancellations or refunds will be offered.
Registration Transfers
You may transfer your paid in full registration by contacting info@ipcyyc.com. Please provide your invoice number, name and phone number as well as the name, company name, address, phone number and email address of the person the registration is to be transferred to. All future communications for the registration will go to the new registrant.
