- Exhibit Move-in: Monday, June 23, 7:00am - 9:45am
Monday: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Tuesday/Wednesday: 10:00 am – 7:30 pm
Thursday: 10:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Exhibit Move-Out: Thursday, June 26: 3:30pm - 6:00pm

- Advance Rate Order Deadline: June 1, 2025
- High-visibility vests have to be worn by all exhibitors, contractors and booth builders at all times during move-in and move-out periods. To save time and money, please bring your own PPE or order vests from Convention Center.
