ASME has negotiated a special discounted guestroom rate at the conference hotel, the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. Room rates range between 25,500 JPY to 46,600 JPY per night, depending on the date, room type and if you choose to include breakfast. See the chart below for more information.

Hotel booking terms and conditions:
- Rates include 15% Service charge and 10% Government Tax and City Tax. Actual Tax rate at time of event will be calculated.
- You must attend OMAE 2026 to obtain the discounted rate; the conference secretariat has the right to cancel any reservations that are deemed to be fraudulent.
- The Conference group rate at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba hotel is available until Sunday, May 3, 2026, subject to availability.
- The group rates are valid from June 4 – June 12, subject to availability.
- Cancellations can be made up until 2 days before arrival without penalty.
- Cancellations up to 2 days prior to arrival date will be charged 20% of total room charge amount.
- Cancellations 1 day prior to arrival date will be charged 80% of total room charge amount
- Check in date cancellation or no-show reservations will be charged for 100% of total room charge amount
- Booking requires credit card details, with payment due upon arrival at the hotel.
- Check-in time is from 3:00pm.
- Check-out time is prior to 11:00am
