Registration fees to Conference include the following:

Cancellations: Cancellations made through June 14 will receive a full refund, less a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after June 15 NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

ASME No-Show Policy: According to ASME's No-Show policy, if a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published in the official Archival Proceedings, which are registered with the Library of Congress, and are abstracted and indexed. The paper also will not be published in the ASME Digital Library, and may not be cited as a published paper.

Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Conference Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.
