Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than May 23, 2025. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted after May 23, 2025.
Visas and Letters of Invitation: You will be able to request your Visa Letter of Invitation during the Registration process.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. IDs must be presented on site.
Trial Membership: Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a complimentary 4-month ASME trial membership following the conference. ASME will contact eligible registrants and invite them to join ASME within 90 days after the conference. For more information, visit ASME Membership website.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. Submissions will be posted and included after the conference, if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper.
Badge Pick-Up: All badges must be picked-up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. Full Payment is required to attend. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment.
