IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTERS: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters is June 16, 2025. At least one author must register and pay by June 16, 2025 or their submission will be removed from the program. Please visit the ASME Policy Page for a complete list of Presentation Requirements.
- For each Technical Publication and Technical Presentation, a minimum of one author must be registered at their designated rate (member, non-member, student member, student non-member, etc.)
- One author registration can cover up to a maximum of two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions plus two (2) additional poster presentations.
- An author registering with more than two (2) technical papers or presentation only submissions to present at the podium, must request a co-author to register.

AVOID DELAYS!
Confirm your existing ASME membership status now or join/renew to receive the member rate for the conference registration (allow approximately 1 week to process memberships). Visit the ASME Membership website.
Ensure that your Username and Password are the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
Anyone attending the conference including authors, presenters, chairs, and session organizers must register and pay the appropriate fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Requests must be made in writing and submitted no later than August 8, 2025. A USD $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests.
- No refunds will be granted on or after August 9, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Substitutions
Registrations are not transferable. No substitutions.
Visas and Letters of Invitation
A link for a Letter of Invitation was sent to authors when you submitted your abstract. You will also be able to request your Conference Letter of Invitation during the Registration process. Once your registration fee is paid in full, your letter will be sent.
Student Registration Rates
Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full-time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students. An official current school identification will be requested on-site at the conference. If the identification is not validated, the attendee will need to register in one of the non-student registration categories.
Trial ASME Membership
New attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a complimentary 4 -month ASME trial Membership following the conference.
Presentation Policy
All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in-person. "Technical Publication” type presentations will be published after the conference, but only if an Author or Co-Author of that paper presents. "Technical Presentations" are not published.
Badge Pick-Up
All badges must be picked up onsite. Photo identification is required for badge pick-up at the on-site registration desk. Full Payment is required to attend. Badges will not be given to anyone with an outstanding payment.
