Broadening Participating (Bpart) Poster Session
This new program is designed to uplift early career graduate students who are members of underrepresented groups within the DED (e.g., women, black and Latinx individuals, transgender individuals, and people with disabilities).
The goal of this fellowship program is to create support systems (mentorship and financial) that enable graduate students who are not part of the dominant group in engineering to find in-roads and connections with the design engineering research community.
Fellows will be selected to present their preliminary research ideas at a poster session during IDETC, among other opportunities for networking and receiving mentorship throughout the year.
Details about eligibility and how to apply to be announced.
