The University of Houston at Sugar Land is a dynamic instructional site of the University of Houston, serving as a strategic hub for industry-aligned education in Fort Bend County. Spanning 270 acres near the intersection of US-59/69 and University Boulevard, the campus offers a focused selection of more than 20 undergraduate and graduate programs from premier UH colleges, including the Gessner College of Nursing and the Cullen College of Engineering. Designed to bridge the gap between academia and the local workforce, the site features state-of-the-art facilities like the College of Engineering Building 3 and 4 (CCE3 and CCE4), promoting an ecosystem for research in mechanical engineering technology, computer engineering technology, biotechnology, cybersecurity, and supply chain and logistics. This tour will provide access to the teaching labs in fabrication, robotics, automation, thermal, fluid, materials, biotechnology, computer engineering, as well as multiple research labs such as robotics, automation, and biotechnology.
