Registration and Paper Submission
- Registration is required prior to uploading your final paper.
- Attendees who pay the Non-Member registration rate will be offered a 4-month trial ASME Membership (complimentary) following the conference.
- At least one author from each paper must register at the author rate
- Papers MUST be presented only by an Author on that paper. No exceptions.
- Papers presented by a Non-Author (of that paper) will NOT be published in the conference proceedings.

Ensure that your Username and Password is the same for BOTH your paper submission account as well as your membership account.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AUTHORS/PRESENTER: The advance registration deadline for authors/presenters and presentation only is July 7, 2023 at the full author rate (including student presenters). At least one author of accepted papers must register and pay by July 7, 2023 in order to be able to submit the final paper. This option and rate will not be available after the deadline.
- Student Authors who already have a co-author registered at the full rate by the July 7, 2023 deadline and their final paper uploaded, can register themselves after at the student rate.

Full Registration Includes: Access to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Daily Refreshments, Lunch and an Opening Reception.
Cancellation Policy: Request must be made in writing and submitted no later than September 5, 2023. A $100 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests. Refunds are NOT permitted on/after September 5, 2023.
Substitutions: Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.
Student Registration Fees: Student registration rates are only available to undergraduate and graduate students who are enrolled full time and have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.
Presentation Policy: All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented on-site. "Technical Publication" type presentations will be published after the conference, only if the on-site presentation is done by an Author or Co-Author of that paper. "Technical Presentations" are not scheduled to be published. View ASME's presentation requirements.
