Visa Information

The VISA requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual attendee. We have provided some information below to help you start your application process. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Conference attendees must ensure their travel requirements are met.

You can obtain an invitation letter in two ways:

• On acceptance of your submission to IMECE, the letter was included in your abstract acceptance email
  • If you have an accepted submission but did not received this letter, please submit a Help Ticket
• You can also request one during the registration process
• The letter will contain more instructions and the special event code. We are unable to customize Invitation Letters
