In accordance with Italian legislation, the venue is required to carry out security checks on all individuals entering the premises. These checks are mandatory and comparable to airport-style procedures.
The venue staff have worked to optimize the setup to minimize waiting times. However, some delays—particularly during peak hours—may still occur.
To ensure a smooth entry process, please take note of the following:
- Do not bring large luggage or suitcases to the venue. These must be scanned via x-ray, which can significantly increase wait times.
- Plan to arrive early, especially ahead of morning sessions or keynote events, to ensure you are on time.
- Please note that if you exit the venue during breaks, you will be required to go through security again upon re-entry.
- We strongly recommend collecting your badge in advance, on Sunday, June 14th between 3:00pm – 6:30pm at the registration area. This will help reduce congestion on the first main conference day.
